sound path changed, 3.2.9 to 3.2.10, sgi

The location of the sound directory changed unexpectedly.

3.2.9: /usr/share/sounds/netrek-client-cow is not a directory, sound will not work 3.2.10: /usr/local/games/netrek-sgi/sounds is not a directory, sound will not work
